The contractor managed more than 100 tree jobs per day using paper manifests and SMS threads. Councils demanded SWMS, photos, and evidence, but compiling reports took days and compliance risk remained high.
The Oplerra rollout
- • Started with 1 admin, 3 office, and 12 field seats on the core platform.
- • Activated the Safety module for SWMS, pre-starts, and incidents.
- • Added Assets to track saws, trucks, and council tree inventories.
- • Embedded map overlays with HV zones, park boundaries, and risk layers.
The results
Jobs now flow from council request to completion pack without manual hand offs. Crews update status in the field, supervisors dispatch from the map, and councils review compliance evidence live.
