Manage your sign-in in the office

When to use this

Use this when your account context is wrong, you are helping someone recover from invite issues, or you need the quickest path back into office work.

What you need first

  • Your login
  • Permission for the office or admin task you want to perform

Steps

1. If you are helping a new user, start with [Accept an invite and create a password](../../shared/invites/accept-an-invite-and-create-a-password.md). 2. Confirm you are in the correct account before managing staff, users, or dispatch work. 3. If you belong to more than one organisation, use [Switch accounts](switch-accounts.md). 4. If another user is blocked, use [Manage users and invites](../../../settings/office/users/manage-users-and-invites.md).

What happens next

  • Once account context is correct, office workflows should open under the right account without duplication.

If it goes wrong

  • If you cannot reach the right account, ask an admin to confirm your account membership before sending a new invite.
