Work / Jobs

Start work on a job

Start travel, record arrival on site, or start on-site work with warning-only safety and pre-start checks.

Finish a job (checklist + after photos)

Finish the job properly so the office has what it needs for invoicing, sign-off, and compliance.

Open the job map

Open the map view for a field job so you can inspect the site location before travel or while on site.

Start a task on a job

Start task travel or on-task work from a field job, including the cases where the system makes you start the main job first.

Start travel to a job

Start travel timing before arrival so the system records that your crew is on the way to site.

Pause and resume a job (with a reason)

Pause work with a reason (weather, access, breakdown) and resume when you can continue.

Fix a mistake: re-open a completed job (when allowed)

Re-open a job you just completed by mistake so you can add missing evidence and complete it again.

Complete a task on a job

Finish an active task, attach after photos when useful, and leave the task in a done state on the job record.

Get directions to a job site

Open turn-by-turn navigation from a job using the job’s pinned location or address.

Cancel travel before arrival

Cancel a travel start and record the reason before the crew reaches site or starts on-site work.

Add and complete a safety form on a job

Add an additional safety form to a job and submit it so it is recorded as completed.

Open a job and check what needs doing

Open the field job detail page, review the live job status, and check the scope, tasks, forms, and map before you act.
