Open My Work and check today’s plan
When to use this
At the start of the day, or when you need to confirm what’s next.
What you need first
- You are signed in.
- You are in the correct account (company).
Steps
1. Open My Work. 2. Switch Day or Week view. 3. Use the left/right arrows to move to another day/week. 4. Check:
- Jobs (today’s jobs and any overdue jobs)
- Team (everyone allocated to your jobs that day)
- Assets (assets allocated to your jobs that day)
What happens next
- Jobs show whether they are not started, in progress, paused, or finished.
- Overdue jobs appear separately so you can finish or re-plan them.
If it goes wrong
- If you see “not authenticated”, sign out and sign back in.
- If you see “no employee record linked”, ask the office/admin to link your user to an employee in the correct account.
- If your list is empty, you may not be assigned to any jobs for that day.
