Manage safety forms on a job
When to use this
Use this when you need to complete safety forms before or during job execution.
What you need first
- Access to the job
- Any required site information or evidence the form asks for
Steps
1. Open [Add and complete a safety form](../../../work/field/jobs/add-and-complete-a-safety-form.md). 2. Finish the form while you are on site and the evidence is still accurate. 3. If a start warning mentions safety forms, complete them as soon as possible even if the warning did not block the start.
What happens next
- Completed forms become part of the job record used by office, compliance, and audit workflows.
If it goes wrong
- If the form is missing or cannot be completed on site, escalate to the office before finishing the job with missing evidence.
