Confirm which assets are on your jobs today
When to use this
When the planned equipment doesn’t match what you have, or you need to complete asset pre-starts.
What you need first
- At least one job has assets allocated (or your team has default assets).
Steps
1. Open My Work → Assets. 2. For each asset, check whether today’s pre-start is marked complete. 3. If an asset needs a pre-start:
- Open the asset’s Pre-start and submit it for today.
What happens next
- Assets on your jobs can come from:
- your team’s default assets, and/or
- job-specific asset allocation, and/or
- day-only asset overrides.
- Pre-start completion updates the asset’s “done/not done” status for that day.
If it goes wrong
- If you cannot find the asset, ask the office/dispatcher to allocate it to the job or your team.
- If a pre-start won’t save, retry on a stable connection and try again.
