“Please log in” / “Unauthorized”
What it means
Your session is not valid.
Immediate fix
Sign out, then sign back in.
Escalate when
It keeps happening after sign-in.
“No employee record linked to this user”
What it means
Your login is not linked to an employee in this account.
Immediate fix
Ask the office/admin to link your user to the correct employee.
Escalate when
You need access today and cannot work.
You can’t see a job you expect
What it means
You may not be allocated to it (or you don’t have job access).
Immediate fix
Ask dispatch to assign you/your team to the job.
Escalate when
The job is urgent and must be started now.
“Please complete all required safety forms before starting”
What it means
Safety forms are required on that job.
Immediate fix
Open the job, complete the required forms, then start again.
Escalate when
You cannot access the forms or they are incorrect.
“Job is paused; use Resume”
What it means
The job was started and then paused.
Immediate fix
Use Resume (do not start again).
Escalate when
Resume fails repeatedly.
“Job is already completed”
What it means
Someone finished it already.
Immediate fix
Use Re-open if available.
Escalate when
Re-open is blocked (often because it is invoiced).
“Job cannot be re-opened because it is already invoiced”
What it means
The office has linked an invoice to the job.
Immediate fix
Contact the office/admin for correction.
Escalate when
Always (field cannot override this).
Crew changes move someone off another team
What it means
The system prevents a person being on two teams for the same day.
Immediate fix
Confirm they were not double-booked; re-add if needed.
Escalate when
Your roster is wrong and dispatch needs to decide.
