Switch between day and week work
When to use this
Use this when you need to check one exact day in detail or look ahead across the week.
What you need first
- You are signed in and can open My Work.
- You have jobs, team members, or assets linked to the period you want to review.
Steps
1. Open My Work. 2. Choose Day when you need a single-day view. 3. Choose Week when you need a wider summary. 4. Use the previous and next controls to move through time. 5. Check the summary again after switching views.
What happens next
- Day view shows one date at a time and is the working view for day-only crew and asset changes.
- Week view shows a weekly summary and moves in seven-day steps instead of one-day steps.
- If you move backward or forward, My Work reloads for the new day or week.
If it goes wrong
- If you need to add or remove crew or assets and the controls are missing, switch back to Day view.
- If the date range looks wrong, use the date picker or move one step at a time until you return to the period you need.
