Get to the right account, use your login correctly, and know where to go when an invite or password problem stops you.

Manage your sign-in in the field

When to use this

Use this when you need to get signed in, recover from a bad invite, or confirm you are in the right account before starting work.

What you need first

  • Your invited email address
  • Your current password, or access to password reset if needed

Steps

1. If this is your first login, use [Accept an invite and create a password](../../shared/invites/accept-an-invite-and-create-a-password.md). 2. After you sign in, confirm you are in the correct account before checking work. 3. If your work is missing after sign-in, go to [Why a job is missing](../../../work/field/troubleshooting/why-a-job-is-missing.md).

What happens next

  • Once sign-in and account context are correct, you can move straight into My Work.

If it goes wrong

  • If the invite is expired, ask the office to send a new one.
  • If you can sign in but cannot see work, the issue is usually account context, employee linkage, or missing assignment rather than your password.
