Fill an assigned job form
When to use this
Use this when a form is already attached to a job and you need to complete it from the field.
What you need first
- The job already has the form attached.
- You have the answers and evidence the form requires.
Steps
1. Open the job in My Work. 2. Open the assigned form from the job card or job form list. 3. If the form opens in the drawer, complete all required fields. 4. Submit the form. 5. If the app tells you the form is too complex for the drawer, open the full form page and complete it there instead.
What happens next
- Required empty fields stop the form from submitting.
- A submitted form is marked as completed on the job.
- If the form was already completed, the drawer shows it as a completed record instead of opening it for editing.
If it goes wrong
- If the form template does not load, close the drawer and try again. If it still fails, ask the office to check the form setup.
- If submit fails, keep your answers open if possible and try again before leaving site.
- If the form needs multiple sections or complex fields, use the full form page instead of the drawer.
