Check the common reasons a field user cannot see a job and work through the fastest safe fix before escalating.

Why a job is missing

Exact failure state

You are signed in, but the job you expected to work on is not visible in My Work.

What it means

The job may be on another day, assigned to a different crew, outside your account context, or not yet published into the plan you can see.

Immediate fix

1. Confirm you are in the correct account. 2. Refresh My Work and check the correct day. 3. Confirm today’s crew changes and assigned assets first. 4. Contact the office to confirm the job is assigned to your crew and published for today.

When to escalate

  • Escalate to the office when the job should be on your day plan but still does not appear after account and day checks.
  • Escalate to admin only if the office confirms the assignment is correct and you still cannot see work because of an account or access fault.
