Getting started in the client portal
When to use this
Use this when a client user is signing in for the first time or needs the shortest path to the completed work and map information they are allowed to see.
What you need first
- A working invite or login
- Access to the correct client account
Steps
1. Accept the invite and create a password if you have not signed in before. 2. Sign in to the client portal with the invited email address. 3. Open the completed jobs or map views your access allows.
What happens next
- You will only see the companies, jobs, and captures your access has been scoped to.
If it goes wrong
- If you cannot see the right company or job, ask the office user who manages your client access to confirm the company scope before sending a new invite.
